Focus Marketing was founded by Jean Marc Rejaud in 2002.

Jean Marc's background includes more than 15 years experience in marketing and strategy development at American Express and L'Oreal in France, United Kingdom and the US. (MBA Marketing University of Paris). Over those 15 years, Jean Marc Rejaud had responsibilities for advertising, product management, new business development, database marketing, direct marketing, loyalty programs, promotions, customer acquisition and retention, telemarketing, email marketing and consumer intelligence.

In particular, Jean Marc Rejaud has helped to refocus some key business lines by developing effective information driven marketing strategies. For example, Jean Marc helped a credit card business line in Europe to boost its card acquisition volume by +60% while reducing the cost/sale by 10%, generating more than $113 Million in NPV; and he helped a travel related financial organization to increase its sales by 10% after 10+ years of decline and improving the profit mix by 100% through Direct Marketing activities.

 

 


 

 

In 2002, Jean Marc decided to create a new breed of marketing agency (Focus Marketing).

Jean Marc concluded that what the experience he had acquired and the ideas that he had developed were totally appropriate to help businesses going to the next level and developing a new lasting successful business model.
